    Return policy

    Return Policy

    We of course,hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you have 7 working days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unused in any way with all the original tags/labels attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address.

    Exchange you purchase

    You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to follow the steps below:
    1-Send an email to eshop@electric-paros.com with the product(s) you would like to exchange along with the order number. Our customer care team might enquire about the reason of the exchange in order to improve our service.
    2- The team will check the availability of the requested item to exchange.
    3- In case of exchange, you need to send the parcel back to: Electric, Naoussa Paros island, Greece, 84401. Make sure to provide the customer care team with the tracking number.
    5- Any shipping or duty fees will be covered by you.
    6- When the item is delivered back to Electric, the customer care team will inform you.
    7- The team will check the product conditions. If the return meets all the criteria above, the new exchanged product will be shipped back to you.
    8- Additional shipping fees might apply when sending back the exchanged new piece.

    Refund

    You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to follow the steps below:
    1-Send an email to eshop@electric-paros.com with the product(s) you would like to a refund for, along with the order number. Our customer care team might enquire about the reason of the refund in order to improve our service.
    2- Once the refund is approved, you need to send the parcel back to Electric, Naoussa Paros island, Greece,84401. Make sure to communicate the tracking number to the customer care team.
    5- When the item is delivered back at Electric, the customer care team will inform you.
    6- The team will check the product conditions and if the return meets all the criteria requested a product refund cost will be issued and will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Please allow 7 working days from the day we receive the product for the refund to be completed.

    Faulty goods

    Goods are classified as faulty if the order sent did not match the requested colour, size or model. To make a return, email us at eshop@electric-paros.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
    Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
    The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for any goods returned. We strongly advise using a courier who offers a tracking service.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Jewelry and Some special Sales or Clearance offers are non refundable nor exchangable.
